Individuals
I provide counseling for individuals age 13 and older and have experience working with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, life transitions, and others. No matter what is going on around you, you can thrive as you develop a healthy sense of self and effective life skills.
Couples & Families
I strongly believe that marriage and family life are foundational to so many other aspects of our well-being. I will work with you to help strengthen relationships and build a positive, healthy atmosphere in which all can truly thrive. I also have experience in remarriages and blended families, and all the added dynamics involved with those specialized family arrangements.
Christian Counseling
My greatest passion lies in Christian counseling and, when requested by the client, I am happy to incorporate faith-based concepts into our sessions. Our spiritual and emotional well-being are intricately woven together and a wholistic approach offers the greatest opportunity for authentic health.
